Athletic Reformer Speir® Certification | Begins October 17, 2025 (In-person Only)

If you’ve ever dreamed of turning your passion for Reformer Pilates into a career, or if you just want to learn more about this incredible form of fitness and the art of teaching it, we’ve got you covered. During this 220-hour modular program you will learn the entire classical reformer order from beginner through advanced, how Joseph Pilates created it, as well as modern, innovative and athletic exercises that are especially fantastic for group classes. Knowing the exercises is just part of becoming a successful teacher. You’ll also learn how to layer your teaching, effectively use both physical and verbal cues, connect with clients, understand music psychology, format a class, learn the basics of anatomy like the musculoskeletal system, joint function and movement, injuries and special cases, and more. Upon successful completion of this 200-hour program you will be a knowledgeable, vibrant, educated and confident Pilates pro with a certificate of completion on the Pilates reformer.
