We’re so excited to welcome you to the Cadillac & Reformer Workshop. We're your instructors, Andrea Speir and Kristen Matthews, and we’re truly looking forward to diving into this experience with you.
Between the two of us, we bring decades of combined experience in classical Pilates, dynamic movement, and integrative wellness. We’ve each spent years not only teaching but also training instructors and shaping the way Pilates is taught in modern studios.
Andrea, co-founder of Speir Pilates, and Kristen, Speir’s Director of Education, are both 600-hour Power Pilates–certified instructors who bring deep expertise in classical Pilates, biomechanics, and functional movement—combining creative, form-focused programming with a mind-body approach grounded in holistic wellness.
Together, we’ve created this workshop to be one of the most comprehensive Cadillac & Reformer trainings available—blending classical foundation with contemporary application, hands-on cueing, movement science, and personalized support. We’re here to challenge you, support you, and help you leave this workshop stronger, more confident, and more equipped to serve your clients.

What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. However, if you cancel more than 30 days before the workshop start date, your payment may be applied as a one-time credit toward a future workshop session. No credits, refunds, or adjustments will be granted for cancellations made within 30 days of the workshop.

Do I need prior experience to take the workshop?
No prior experience is required for the Cadillac+Tower Workshop.
What are the Certification prerequisites?
You must complete at least 25 private or semi-private Pilates sessions before beginning your apprenticeship.
What does the workshop cost?
Workshop Only: $500. Workshop+Certification: $900
For our Workshops, we offer several payment options, including financing through Klarna and Affirm (check your eligibility)
Prerequisites: If you do not have proof of taking 25+ Classical Pilates personal or semi-personal sessions, you may need to purchase personal sessions. We have special offers for apprentices to help you get there.
When, where and how long is the workshop?
This 8-hour workshop will be held on Friday, 8/23 from 10-2pm and Saturday 8/24 from 10-2pm at Speir Pilates Mar Vista 12821 W. Washington Blvd, Unit 101, Culver City, CA 90066.
Is certification included in the workshop?
No, Certification is an optional add-on that includes: 8-hour in-person workshop, apprenticeship hours consist of observation and self-practice. Participants who complete all requirements and pass the test-out will receive a Speir® Certification in Cadillac & Tower. You'll have access to all workshop materials for 3 months
Are there special offers for apprentices or membership benefits?
Apprentice Intro Pack: For a limited time, we're offering a 10-pack of Personal Sessions with Senior Teacher for $1250 for newly enrolled apprentices.
All apprentices get 10% off all personal sessions, retail and group class packages during their programs.
Membership Option: Another great deal is our Standard Mar Vista Membership. Sign up and take up to 25 semi-private classes in a month for as low as $1190.
I signed up for the certification—now what? How do I begin?
Once you purchase the certification add-on, click the Calendly link provided to schedule your initial meeting with our team. At that meeting, you'll review the apprenticeship requirements and get oriented with the process.
Please be prepared to submit proof of at least 25 private or semi-private Pilates sessions. If you haven’t completed them yet, we’re happy to help get you scheduled before your apprenticeship officially begins.
